To review class start dates, select Class Schedule. To sign up for a class, print the Class Agreement. Complete and mail the Agreement with either a $20 deposit or the entire $110 fee. This will hold your place for the class. Should you send the $20 deposit, the balance ($90) will be due at the first class session.

Please call us if you have questions or do not have access to a printer. You may also note your name and contact information on the form below and press SUBMIT. We will be happy to contact you and can mail the Class Agreement, map and seminar information to you.
